RSS Webshop offers returns and refunds. However, there are conditions attached to refunds and returns. Please read the refund policy carefully.
In general, RSS Webshop has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, some of our vendors do have a 10-day return policy. This implies that RSS Webshop should process your returns not more than 10 days after the supplier gets the confirmation that you have received the product.
The return policy outlines the conditions for returns and refunds. So please read the policy carefully.
Returns and refunds are valid under the following conditions.
- A misprint on the items ordered. Misprinted items are items with the wrong print or inscription other than the one you ordered.
- You received either a damaged item or a defective item. Please note that you have to prove either by pictorial or video evidence that the damage was noticed the moment you opened the box. RSS webshop will recommend, that if possible, video record the package opening and the product inspection process.
What to do if you are eligible for returns and refunds?
- To start a return, do contact us at contact@rsswebshop.com, preferably on the same day. This will enable us to get in touch with the seller, early on your behalf.
- The email should contain, your name, date of receipt of the product, and clear pictures (videos preferable) of either the damage, defect, or misprint.
- RSS Webshop will forward your claims to the seller for processing.
- The return address is often on the package. If there is no such information, so send us an email, and the return address for the product will be sent to you within 24 hours. As a way of protecting you, the seller with no return address will be removed from the shop.
Please note that refunds are offered by the sellers.
The following reasons, among others, are invalid for returns and refunds
- Change of mind by you (buyer's remorse).
- You ordered the wrong size. Please contact us via the chatbox or by email at contact@rsswebshop.com, if you are unsure of the sizes. We will help you.
- You provided an incorrect shipping address.
- You ordered the wrong items.
- You provided an incorrect shipping address.
- Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
- Delayed shipping. In this case, RSS Webshop will assist in tracking the product to ensure that it gets to you eventually. To protect you, RSSWebshop periodically reviews the seller's quality of service. Sellers whose quality of service is low are often removed from the platform. To help us in this review process, please post a review of the product.
- Loss of product due to force majeure.
- Other reasons aside from those that qualify for a refund as stated earlier in the previous section.
To assist in making your shopping experience easier, we have provided the chat functionality. Our staff will assist in answering your questions regarding the purchases.
Please note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to either the RSS webshop no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Such claims should be sent to contact@rsswebshop.com.
- Please note that only claims deemed as an error on our part will be paid for by RSS Webshop. To ensure transparency in product delivery, product fulfillment is tracked by RSS Webshop, the seller, and you the buyer via the shipment/tracking number.
- Claims that arise as no error of RSS Webshop and our partners will be covered by your (the buyer's) expense. Such claims include:
- Incorrect/insufficient address
- No such number
- Unknown recipient
- Refused.
- Do not pick up in time.
- No safe delivery location
- Uncleared customs.
- Others.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
